Privacy Policy

Bubbles Club is the client app and website for the re:H Bubble Shot network. It helps clients find participating clinics, claim promotions, collect and redeem Bubbles rewards, keep Bubble Receipts, and shop selected products or services.

• Provide account login, customer support, security, and service notifications.
• Show clinic information, offers, coupons, wallet balances, treatment records, and Bubble Shop orders.
• Verify coupon redemption, membership QR scans, treatment confirmations, rewards, referrals, refunds, and reimbursements.
• Prevent fraud, duplicate rewards, unauthorized access, payment abuse, and clinic or staff misuse.
• Improve app reliability, product quality, clinic operations, and customer experience.
• Comply with legal, accounting, tax, dispute, audit, and regulatory obligations.

We share information only when needed to operate Bubbles Club, protect users, or meet legal obligations. Recipients may include participating clinics, authorized clinic staff, cloud hosting and database providers, identity providers, payment processors, delivery or support providers, analytics and security tools, professional advisers, regulators, or law enforcement when required. In particular, the service providers listed below receive the specific data described.

• Perfect Corp: the selfie you choose to submit for cosmetic AI skin analysis, processed for the analysis.
• Anthropic: the receipt image, only when you enable automatic receipt reading, so its Claude model can extract text from it.
• Stripe: card or PromptPay details and payment status for checkout payments. Bubbles Club does not store full card numbers.
• LINE: your LINE login identifier and, where you use LINE login or LINE messages, the data needed for that sign-in and messaging.
• Apple: if you choose Sign in with Apple, the Apple sign-in identifier Apple gives us so you can sign in.
• ThaiBulkSMS: your phone number and the verification code, to send one-time login codes by SMS.
• Vercel: hosts the Bubbles Club app, website and server, and stores your private uploads (receipt photos, saved skin-scan photos, review photos and support attachments) in Vercel Blob.
• Sentry: crash and error diagnostics, which are configured not to include personal identifiers.
• Google Maps: clinic locations are shown through Google Maps links and map data. We do not send your device location to Google.
• Expo: delivers app updates to the app; it receives technical update-request information and no account identifier from us.
• Expo, Apple and Google push services: your push notification token and notification content, if you allow notifications.

Participating clinics may also have their own privacy duties for clinical or treatment records they create in their clinic operations.

We use HTTPS encryption in transit, role-based access controls, staff permission checks, audit logs, and separation between customer, clinic staff, and master admin access. We limit access to personal information to people and service providers who need it for their role.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including service delivery, loyalty and coupon records, security, accounting, tax, refund, reimbursement, dispute, and legal requirements. Some transaction, receipt, fraud, audit, and reimbursement records may need to be retained after account deletion where required by law or legitimate business obligations.

After you delete your account, your name, contact details and sign-in identifiers are removed from your account record. We keep the following:

• Transaction and loyalty records: clinic transactions, treatment records, Bubble Receipts, Bubbles ledger entries, coupons and coupon redemptions, Bubble Shop orders and clinic bookings, kept for accounting, tax, refund, reimbursement and dispute purposes.
• Consent records: the record of the consents you gave or withdrew, as proof of what you agreed to and when.
• Audit logs: records of account and security actions, kept for about 12 months.
• Product reviews and review photos: if you posted any, they stay on the product page without your name.

Without your separate photo-storage consent, raw skin-analysis selfies are held only in process memory for analysis and are not saved to Bubbles Club storage. If you opt in to save your scan photo to your history, the photo is stored privately. Our default retention period is 180 days, after which photos are scheduled for automatic deletion. You can request deletion at any time. This photo-storage choice is separate from consent to skin analysis. Service-provider processing and deletion are also governed by our applicable provider agreement and legal duties.

When you delete your account, your receipt photos and the details read from them are deleted, along with your other private uploads such as skin-scan images and support attachments. The Bubbles reward from an approved receipt stays on the retained loyalty ledger, which holds only identifiers and amounts.

You can delete your account in two ways:

• In the app: open Account, then Privacy, then Delete my account. Deletion happens immediately and you are signed out.
• On the web or by email: use account deletion (https://app.bubblesclub.io/account-deletion) or email privacy@bubblesclub.io. Our Ops team handles each request within 7 days after we receive it together with enough information to verify your account.

To request account anonymization, data access, correction, withdrawal of optional marketing consent, or other privacy help, use the same web page or email privacy@bubblesclub.io.

Bubbles Club is not designed for children. Beauty, wellness, clinic, purchase, and rewards features are intended for adults or users with appropriate guardian consent where local law requires it.

Bubbles Club may use cloud and service providers that process information outside your country. When this happens, we use reasonable safeguards and service-provider commitments appropriate for the type of data and service involved. The providers listed above (including Perfect Corp, Anthropic, Stripe, Sentry, Google, Expo and ThaiBulkSMS) may process data outside Thailand.

Based on where these providers operate, the countries where your information may be processed include:

• Perfect Corp (skin analysis): Taiwan and the United States.
• Anthropic (receipt reading): the United States.
• Stripe (payments): the United States and Singapore.
• LINE (login and messages): Japan.
• Apple (Sign in with Apple and push notifications): the United States.
• Google (Maps and push notifications): the United States.
• Expo (app updates and push notifications): the United States.
• Sentry (crash and error diagnostics): the United States.
• Vercel (hosting and file storage): the United States.
• ThaiBulkSMS (login codes by SMS): Thailand; onward delivery by telecom networks may involve other countries.

We may update this Privacy Policy when Bubbles Club changes or when legal, security, or operational requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with the update date above.
